Plexus Corp. is expanding its European aftermarket footprint and seeks a high-potential Business Development Manager to hunt multi-million-euro opportunities across OEMs and Tier 1 technology leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with sales or business development experience in Europe preferred.
• Experience generating sales pipelines and managing complex B2B relationships.
• Willingness to travel across Europe; fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Knowledge of electronic aftermarket services, repair/refurbishment, or reverse logistics is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and capture high-value aftermarket opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Build multi-level relationships across European OEMs and key stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of European aftermarket trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
• Apply long-cycle sales methodologies to sell value over price.
