Plexal is seeking a Strategic Growth Lead to build trusted government relationships, translate policy signals into commercial opportunities, and guide complex technology propositions through the full sale lifecycle. You will influence procurement directions, shape multi‑year opportunities and work with partners to position Plexal for major public sector wins.

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of how government translates policy into procurement and funding routes.
• Proven ability to influence procurement, shape early opportunities and guide customers through full sales lifecycle.
• Experience negotiating and winning complex government contracts (ideally £1m+).
• Strong consultative selling skills to diagnose problems and translate needs into propositions.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships across government and open new conversations beyond Plexal’s network.
• Translate policy and funding signals into qualified commercial opportunities and early-stage shaping.
• Lead customers through discovery, qualification, negotiation and contract award.
• Shape opportunities with the right partners and commercial strategy before formal procurement.
• Maintain deep understanding of government priorities and procurement behaviours to position Plexal credibly.
