Plexus Corp. is seeking a results-driven Business Development expert with a hunter mentality and deep background in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Aftermarket Services (SRV). The role focuses on expanding Plexus' market in Europe as a primary architect for growth.

You will identify revenue opportunities, develop plans to win key accounts, and work cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end solutions. This is a high-impact role within a growing leader in a strategic market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Business Development within EMS and Aftermarket Services.
• Experience in hunter-type roles and opening new market opportunities.
• Industry contacts to accelerate market progress.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate revenue opportunities within Plexus' SRV focus in Europe.
• Develop plans to sell solutions to target accounts aligned with Plexus strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to translate customer needs into end-to-end solutions.
• Build multi-level relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Execute sector marketing strategy in coordination with regional/global leadership.
