Job summary
Plexus is seeking a results-driven Business Development expert with a hunter mentality and a deep background in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Aftermarket Services (SRV). You will lead market expansion across Europe, identifying revenue opportunities and translating customer needs into end-to-end solutions within the Product Realization Value Chain.

- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to translate needs into end-to-end solutions.
- Develop multi-level relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Execute sector marketing strategy in alignment with regional/global leadership.
