Job summary

Plexus is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Customer Focus Team and manage day-to-day customer relationships. This role acts as the voice of Plexus to the customer and the voice of the customer to Plexus, ensuring delivery commitments are met and value is co-created.

The candidate will drive improvements in customer service, leverage financial metrics for risk mitigation, and develop the team through coaching and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of related experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team, ensuring understanding of program contracts/goals and empower decision making.
• Lead engagement with customers regarding delivery commitments, quarterly reviews, site visits and PPV/NRE negotiations.
• Drive systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction aligned with Plexus 5Es and Core Values.
• Use financial metrics to identify risks and variances and take actions to mitigate them.
• If applicable, lead and coach direct reports to uphold Plexus Core Values and develop talent.
