Job summary

eNL Legal is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join the Teesside team. You will handle employer-side matters from day one, advising on a broad range of employment issues and managing a varied caseload.

You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal work, disciplinary and redundancy issues, and the drafting of contracts and policies. Hybrid working is on offer.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE with a solid background in employment law.
• Ability to manage own caseload and deal directly with clients.
• Keen to contribute to the development of the team.

Responsibilities

• Advise employer clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment issues.
• Handle Employment Tribunal claims and other contentious matters.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues.
• Assist with redundancy, restructuring and TUPE.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies and procedures.
• Provide settlement agreements and advise on restrictive covenants.
• Build strong client relationships and offer commercially focused advice.
