G2 Legal Limited is seeking an Employment Solicitor or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its North East team in Newcastle or Teesside. You will handle a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working within a supportive, flexible culture and reporting to two experienced Employment Partners.

The role offers hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office, 2 at home), a competitive salary up to £75,000 DOE, and excellent autonomy with a busy, high-quality workload.

• 4+ years' PQE in Employment law
• Experience handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters
