eNL is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join its team in Teesside. You will handle a varied caseload, advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, and develop client relationships.

The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary and a supportive team within a Legal 500 regional firm, with opportunities to contribute to the continued growth of the employment practice. You will manage day-to-day issues, TUPE, settlements, and policy drafting.

Formación

• 4+ years' PQE in employment law.
• Confidence in managing own caseload and dealing with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Advise employer clients on day-to-day employment issues.
• Handle Employment Tribunal claims and other disputes.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies and procedures.
• Advise on settlement agreements and restrictive covenants.
• Support clients with redundancy, restructuring and TUPE.
