eNL, a respected regional law firm in Bedfordshire, seeks an Employment Solicitor (1–3 PQE) for a full-time hybrid role. You will advise a diverse client base on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including TUPE, restructures, redundancies, Tribunal claims and settlement negotiations.

You will manage a varied caseload, support businesses with workplace issues and develop your own client following within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 PQE with solid experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Exposure to employment-related corporate work is a plus.
• Strong academics, communication skills and commercial awareness are essential.

Responsabilités

• Advise diverse clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including TUPE, restructures and redundancies.
• Handle Employment Tribunal claims, advocacy and settlement negotiations.
• Support business clients through complex workplace issues and HR compliance.
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and drive business development.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the Employment team.
