Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in Teesside is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 4+ PQE to handle a varied employer-side caseload, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

You will manage a broad range of duties, including advising on disciplinary and performance issues, TUPE, and settlements, while developing client relationships in a reputable regional firm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in employment law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Able to manage own caseload and interface with clients.

An established Legal 500 regional law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to join its team in Teesside.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to handle a varied caseload, advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The work will include:

• Advising employer clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment issues.


• Handling Employment Tribunal claims and other contentious matters.


• Advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues.


• Supporting clients with redundancy, restructuring and TUPE.

What are they looking for?

A solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE and a solid background in employment law. You’ll be confident managing your own caseload, comfortable dealing directly with clients and keen to play an active part in the continued development of the team.
