The ideal candidate must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in employment law and a proven track record of managing Employment Tribunal litigation. The team has a strong focus on dispute resolution and litigation, regularly representing employers across the financial services, professional services and insurance sectors. It is frequently involved in high‑profile team moves, restrictive covenant disputes and internal investigations, and is well placed to advise on trade union matters.

Experience required:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • At least 5 years’ PQE in employment law gained at a leading City firm
  • Proven experience advising on the full spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
  • A strong track record of managing Employment Tribunal litigation from inception to conclusion, including complex multi‑day hearings
  • Ability to provide clear, practical advice
  • Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
