Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a confident Senior ER Advisor to join our ER Services team in the Salford area. You will provide remote ER guidance to managers across multiple sites, support investigations and absence matters, and help ensure compliance and timely case progression.

You will maintain secure records, stay up to date with employment law, and work with HR Services to log and resolve cases efficiently. CIPD qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience providing remote ER support across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR policies.
• Clear, confident communication written and verbal.
• Ability to juggle a high‑volume caseload and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Giving managers compliant ER guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence, investigations and casework.
• Handling escalated queries from HR Services and logging in the CSM system.
• Helping managers prepare for meetings and follow processes.
• Producing invite and outcome letters with ER Specialists when needed.
• Supporting TUPE processes and transfers.
