Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a confident ER Advisor to join our Employee Relations Services in Salford. You will provide compliant ER guidance to line managers, support TUPE activities, and help maintain accurate records, with remote support across multiple sites as needed.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment law, policy compliance, and excellent written and verbal communication. The team values proactive problem solving and confidentiality, with extensive Sodexo benefits available.

Qualifications

• Provide ER advice to managers on informal and formal cases in line with employment law and company policy.
• Respond to escalated ER queries and log actions in the CSM system.
• Assist with letters, documentation and case administration.
• Escalate high-risk cases to ER Specialists/Manager.

Responsibilities

• Guide managers on preparing for and conducting ER meetings.
• Collaborate with HR Services to log data accurately, calculate redundancies, and allocate cases.
• Maintain secure employee records in line with data protection requirements.
• Support TUPE processes including due diligence, letters, welcome packs, and payroll liaison.
• Keep up to date with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Provide remote ER support for a multi-site operation.
