Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the Salford-based Employee Relations Services team. This on-site role involves providing practical, compliant ER guidance to line managers on a range of cases and supporting TUPE processes.

The position is a 12-month FTC, 40 hours per week, based in Salford with on-site duties. You will respond to ER queries, document actions, assist with letters and case administration, and escalate complex cases to specialists.

Qualifications

• Provide ER advice to managers on informal and formal cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER advice to managers and stakeholders on informal and formal cases with compliance to employment law and policy.
• Record ER actions in the CSM system and manage case documentation.
• Escalate high-risk cases to ER Specialists or ER Manager.
• Assist with ER meetings preparation and TUPE-related activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records in line with data protection requirements.
