Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an ER Advisor to join the Employee Relations Services team in Salford, on-site at 310 Broadway. You will provide practical, compliant advice to line managers on a wide range of ER matters and support TUPE processes.

This 12-month FTC role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and confidentiality, with responsibilities spanning meetings, case administration, and logging in the CSM system.

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR advice in line with policy and legislation.
• Ability to manage high volumes of ER casework and respond to queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Confidentiality and data protection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER advice to managers on informal and formal cases.
• Record actions in CSM system and respond to escalations.
• Assist with letters, documentation and case admin.
• Escalate high-risk cases to ER Manager.
• Support TUPE processes and due diligence.
• Maintain employee records in line with data protection.
• Prepare for ER meetings and track case allocation.
