Job summary

Belmont Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor/Employee Relations Advisor in the United Kingdom. You will manage complex grievance, disciplinary, performance and attendance cases and provide guidance to managers throughout the employee relations process.

You will handle a high-volume caseload, attend formal hearings and meetings at various sites, and work closely with managers and staff to ensure HR processes are followed consistently and fairly, with accurate record keeping

Qualifications

• Strong previous experience as an HR Advisor/Employee Relations Advisor.
• Confident managing complex ER cases independently.
• Proven ability to manage a large caseload and prioritise competing demands.
• Strong knowledge of grievance, disciplinary, performance and attendance processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex grievance, disciplinary, performance and attendance cases.
• Providing advice and guidance to managers throughout the employee relations process.
• Managing a high-volume caseload effectively, ensuring cases are progressed within appropriate timescales.
• Attending formal hearings and meetings at different organisational sites where required.
• Working closely with managers and employees to ensure HR processes are followed consistently and fairly.
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring all HR processes comply with relevant policies and procedures.
