Job summary

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent with 4–5 years HR advisory/ER experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, able to handle sensitive cases and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Workday HRIS experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employee relations and UK employment law.
• Manage complex ER cases from start to finish.
• Support organisational change activity, including restructures and TUPE.
• Coach managers and deliver training and practical toolkits.
• Contribute to HR projects, engagement, wellbeing, and health & safety.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and documentation.
• Prepare investigation reports and tribunal-related correspondence.
• Monitor legislation and HR best practices.
