Key responsibilities include managing absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance cases; advising on policies and legislation; and mentoring managers while maintaining ER records and data.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR with a focus on employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
• Ability to coach managers through complex ER cases.
