Job summary

Liverpool Football Club is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to support across a broad ER caseload, ensuring fair outcomes and compliant practice within the People & Culture function. You will advise managers on disciplinary, grievances, attendance and other employee matters, maintain robust case records, and help translate employment policy changes into practical guidance for teams.

This role requires strong stakeholder collaboration and up-to-date knowledge of employment

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance) and providing clear managers guidance.
• Ability to review and translate employment policies into practical guidance.
• Strong documentation, data handling and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Employee Relations caseload, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.
• Provide practical advice to managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and other matters.
• Maintain accurate case records and data, including meeting notes and outcomes.
• Cooperate with Legal and HR colleagues to escalate complex cases.
• Support policy reviews and ensure updates are communicated clearly to managers.
