Job summary

City Football Group is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support a diverse workforce across the organisation. You will provide first-line employee relations guidance, manage investigations, wellbeing matters, and performance discussions while advising managers with policy-related queries.

You will work closely with People Business Partners to drive proactive employee relations practices, contribute to projects, and help strengthen capability across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Employee Relations/HR advisory role.
• Experience managing a busy caseload across HR matters.
• Ability to advise managers.
• Experience working in a high-volume HR advisory or employee relations environment.
• Strong organisational skills with prioritisation.
• Good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable style.

Responsibilities
