Job summary

Liverpool FC is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to provide hands-on ER support, policy guidance and case handling across disciplinary, grievance and absence matters. You will maintain case records, advise managers, and help implement compliant processes in a fast-paced club environment.

You will also contribute to policy updates, partner with HR, Legal and cross-functional teams, and promote wellbeing, equity and inclusion within employee relations practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations and policy management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and support line managers.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Employee Relations caseload with timely, fair outcomes.
• Provide practical advice to managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and performance matters.
• Maintain accurate case records and collaborate with Legal and other specialists.
• Support policy development and updates in response to changes in law and guidance.
• Coordinate wellbeing, inclusion and equity-focused initiatives within ER processes.
