Job summary

LKQ Europe is seeking a Senior eCommerce Trading Manager – B2B to own the B2B trading plan and lead performance across digital channels in the UK. You will drive revenue, margin and customer growth while turning insights into action.

Manage three eCommerce Executives and influence across Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Operations to deliver measurable commercial growth. You’ll champion digital merchandising, on-site search and testing to optimise user journeys, content quality and promotions,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in eCommerce trading or a closely related commercial role.
• Strong commercial judgement across revenue, margin and customer value.
• Experience delivering revenue and profit targets.
• People-management experience, including coaching and developing others.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, margin and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B trading plan and translate targets into weekly, monthly and seasonal plans.
• Drive digital revenue, gross margin, conversion and customer activity.
• Build forecasts, budgets and performance outlooks with Finance.
• Lead and develop a team of three eCommerce Executives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Operations and Supply Chain across the business.
