• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 in Inspection & Testing preferred.
• Proven EICR and electrical testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EICR inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform routine testing and maintenance on Housing Association properties.
