Stantec is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join the Water team across multiple Midlands and South West locations. You will lead electrical/EICA design for major water projects, ensuring quality, compliance and strong technical leadership across the project lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with clients and partners, and contribute to the growth of Stantec’s Electrical Engineering capability in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, or working towards registration.
• Experience delivering electrical or EICA solutions within complex infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering technical delivery across multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical design principles, specifications and documentation.
• Experience producing/reviewing deliverables like Single Line Diagrams, Control Philosophies and reports.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, stakeholders and teams.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
