Job summary
Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in the UK is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical and EICA design across major water and wastewater projects, coordinating with clients and contractors to deliver safe, compliant solutions.
You will mentor engineers, review deliverables such as single line diagrams and control philosophies, and help grow Stantec’s Electrical Engineering capability across the Midlands and South West.
Qualifications
- Degree required in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status or working towards registration.
- Experience delivering electrical/EICA solutions in complex infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead technical delivery across multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles and documentation.
- Experience producing deliverables like single line diagrams, control philosophies.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of electrical and EICA design solutions for water and wastewater projects.
- Provide technical guidance throughout full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal specialists.
- Mentor developing engineers and grow technical capability.
