Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Data Centre MEP team in the UK. You’ll be experienced in data centre design, able to deliver electrical designs in collaboration with other building services and disciplines.

You will run small projects and take ownership under guidance. The role requires a chartered engineer (or working towards) with a Master’s in electrical engineering, and membership of IET or CIBSE.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering (building services bias preferred).
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards is required or highly desirable.
• Experience in data centre design or related sector and ability to lead small projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage electrical delivery on small to mid-sized projects.
• Provide technical input to studies and design for the team's area of expertise.
• Present technical solutions to clients and peers; develop technical proposals.
