Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its building-services team in London. You will lead electrical design packages from concept through construction, working closely with clients and design teams to deliver practical, energy-efficient building solutions.

The role covers LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting and power across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
• Significant experience in MEP/building-services consultancy.
• Experience delivering projects through multiple design stages.
• Strong communication with clients and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design packages from concept through detailed design and construction.
• Produce and review calculations, specifications, drawings and technical reports.
• Design LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, power and associated electrical systems.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, developers and other disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project programmes and budgets.
