Aldwych Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer to spearhead electrical building services design in London. The role blends technical leadership with client-facing responsibilities, working on commercial projects and collaboration with senior leaders.

You will contribute to design excellence, mentoring junior engineers, and driving high-quality project delivery while benefiting from a hybrid working arrangement and exposure to a proprietary AI-enabled engineering

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical building services projects in the commercial sector.
• Strong technical design knowledge and familiarity with UK standards.
• Ability to lead design teams and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects.
• Produce and review calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
• Provide technical leadership across project teams and maintain client relationships.
• Attend client, design team and project meetings and provide site support.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
