Qualifications

• RTPI or IEMA qualified professional.
• Experience in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs).
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex EIA projects.
• Prepare planning appraisals, applications, and support documents.
• Draft client-focused reports and recommendations.
• Liaise with planning officers, stakeholders, and consultees.
• Contribute to planning appeals and hearings.
• Identify business development opportunities.

Skills
