Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring an Ecommerce Trading Manager to own Joma Jewellery’s website performance and growth. You’ll drive revenue, conversions, AOV and product performance, while monitoring risk and opportunities daily.

You will lead weekly trade reporting, craft the ecommerce calendar for launches and campaigns, and shape product stories and customer journeys across site sections. Collaboration with UX, Merchandising and Finance is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading ecommerce trading within a product-led retail business.
Strong commercial acumen with ownership of sales performance and revenue driving decisions.
Track record delivering ecommerce trading strategies aligned to brand objectives.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day trading performance of the Joma Jewellery website.
Deliver revenue, conversion, average order value and product performance targets.
Monitor performance daily and identify actions to address risks or maximise opportunities.
Lead weekly trade reporting, communicating performance, drivers, risks and recommended actions.
Build and manage the ecommerce trading calendar across launches, campaigns and gifting occasions.
Build product stories and customer journeys across homepage, navigation, PLP and PDP.
Oversee onsite visual merchandising, product sequencing and cross-selling.
Ensure new products launch accurately, on time and with strong commercial support.
Use data to identify conversion, product discovery, attachment rate and repeat-purchase opportunities.
Collaborate with UX and Development to prioritise customer journey improvements and testing roadmap.
