Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead trading, merchandising, inventory and marketing across client accounts. You’ll own the trading calendar, optimise on-site presentation and ensure stock availability aligns with marketing activity and margin goals.

In this high-ownership role you’ll collaborate with buying, category, operations and creative teams to drive commercial performance, reduce aged stock and maximise full-price sales through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ecommerce trading and merchandising.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock optimisation.
• Data-driven approach to optimise margin and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce trading performance across conversion, AOV, COS, margin, sell-through, stock cover.
• Build and manage the trading calendar with product launches and promotions.
• Analyse stock depth and sell-through to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with buying and category teams to align activity with priorities.
• Monitor inventory, returns, and aged stock, reducing related issues.
• Coordinate marketing activity across channels and manage budgets.
• Translate insights into on-site visual merchandising and taxonomy.
• Present insights to clients and senior stakeholders.
