Job summary

Ottoman Hands is seeking an experienced Ecommerce & Trading Manager to own Shopify-powered ecommerce trading, site merchandising and integrated campaigns from our London base. You will drive website performance and translate commercial priorities into coordinated activity across paid media, CRM, social and PR, collaborating with in-house teams and our external agency partner.

This hands-on role offers 35 hours per week, flexible hours, jewellery allowance, staff discount, and 25 days leave plus

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Shopify in a consumer/retail brand.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, on-site merchandising, and the customer journey.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable steps.
• Experience planning and coordinating multichannel campaigns with internal/external contributors.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ecommerce trading, monitor revenue, conversion, AOV, traffic and product performance against targets.
• Drive website optimisation to enhance customer experience and online sales.
• Manage paid media agency and coordinate campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Lead email marketing strategy and partner with email provider for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate commercial priorities into activity across channels.
