Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Senior Manager of Ecommerce Campaigns & Trading to orchestrate the end-to-end Web and App campaigns, content, and trading calendar. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, and UX teams to turn product launches and brand moments into measurable online growth.

You’ll lead a three-person team and own the on-site experience, search, navigation, and content prioritization to drive revenue and engagement across UK ecommerce.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce trading and end-to-end onsite activation.
• Strong ability to drive revenue, conversion and customer engagement.
• Proven track record in on-site campaign management and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end Web and App campaign, content and trading calendar.
• Lead onsite execution of campaigns, launches and events on time.
• Prioritise opportunities with Commercial, Trade and Marketing teams.
• Monitor ecommerce KPIs and adapt onsite priorities for growth.
• Oversee visibility strategy for launches and key brands.
• Balance customer experience with commercial performance.
