Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Senior Manager for Ecommerce Campaigns & Trading to drive the end-to-end on Web and App campaigns, linking commercial priorities with brand storytelling to deliver measurable growth.

You will own the trading calendar, optimize onsite experiences, and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Content, UX and Tech teams. You will lead a team of three and report to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in ecommerce trading and onsite experience management.
• Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and digital activations.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Web and App campaign, content and trading calendar.
• Lead onsite execution of campaigns, launches and brand moments.
• Prioritise category opportunities with Commercial, Trade and Marketing teams.
• Monitor ecommerce KPIs and adapt onsite priorities for revenue growth.
• Oversee Brand Rooms, placements and high-impact digital activations.
• Balance brand exposure with commercial performance and customer experience.
• Lead customer reviews and UGC roadmap to boost conversions.
• Optimise onsite search, navigation and product discovery.
• Collaborate with SEO, UX and analytics to improve performance.
• Define roadmap for Web and App customer experience.
