SEPHORA UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Ecommerce Campaigns & Trading to lead the end-to-end Web and App campaign and trading agenda, delivering revenue growth and superior customer experiences.

You will partner with Commercial, Marketing and UX teams to optimise campaigns, content and product discovery while coaching a team of three and ensuring on-time delivery of activations across Web and App.

Qualificações

• Experience in Ecommerce Trading or Onsite Experience Management in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Track record of owning onsite trading performance and driving growth.
• Experience managing high-volume ecommerce websites and apps.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Web and App campaign, content and trading calendar.
• Lead onsite execution of campaigns, launches and brand moments.
• Prioritise category opportunities with Commercial, Trade and Marketing teams.
• Monitor ecommerce KPIs; adapt priorities to grow revenue, conversion, and engagement.
• Define visibility strategy for focus brands and key launches, including placements.
• Balance brand exposure with customer experience to create engaging journeys.
• Lead ratings, reviews and UGC roadmap to boost social proof and conversion.
• Oversee onsite search, navigation and product discoverability across Web and App.
• Collaborate with SEO, CRO, UX and Content to improve onsite effectiveness.
• Co-define roadmap for Web and App customer experience.
