Responsibilities

• Architect and design D365 solutions, including Dynamics CE/CRM.
• Maintain current knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM developments.
• Conduct client consultancy and workshops for requirement capturing.
• Provide consultancy for migrations to D365.
• Deliver training and support workshops for clients.
• Mentor and train team members.
