Job summary

Willmott Dixon is seeking a skilled Document Controller to manage and control all project documents across the lifecycle. You will work closely with Design Managers, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure accurate recording, secure storage, and ready accessibility for the project team.

You will develop and maintain document control processes, monitor document status, and report progress while ensuring ISO19650 compliance and adherence to project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Document Control within construction.
• Experience with Viewpoint for Projects (4Projects) and Procore is mandatory.
• Prior experience with tier 1 or 2 head contractors.
• Strong knowledge of CDE/EDMS information management.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with TIDPs and MIDP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all project-related documents across the lifecycle.
• Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes for each project.
• Track document status and provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure ISO19650 compliance and adherence to project requirements.
• Coordinate with Design Managers, consultants, and supply chain partners.
• Audit and review document control processes for efficiency.
• Monitor and manage shared Information Management inbox with timely responses.
• Liaise with external partners to ensure timely document exchange.
