Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant/Document Controller to join our team in the UK. The role involves leading information management across projects, implementing CDE systems, and ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 principles.

You will work with a skilled team on global projects, manage metadata, permissions, and workflows, and provide training to users. A background in document control and BIM is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced Document Controller with 3+ years experience.
• Consultancy experience is favourable but not required.
• Understanding of BIM in Information Management and Document Control.
• Experience using Power BI to extract, analyse, and report on data from the CDE.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 standards (Part 2) and its impact on Information Management and Document Control.
• Admin level experience with CDE/EDMS tools such as Autodesk Forma, Aconex, ViewPoint, Asite or Dalux.
• User level experience with other CDE/EDMS systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Use of advanced optional CDE/EDMS features.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CDE implementation and discovery sessions.
• Create/manage user accounts and security groups.
• Help define project information standards and naming conventions.
• Update CDE configuration to support new teams and workflows.
• Monitor document compliance through workflows.
• Track workflows and resolve blockers.
• Provide regular progress reports and ad-hoc requests.
• Conduct system audits and provide stakeholder reports.
• Act as main point of contact for CDE queries.
• Organise and deliver training sessions for users and admins.
• Provide advanced training to super users and admins.
• Generate insights on system usage and compliance.
