Job summary

Willmott Dixon Interiors is seeking an Information Controller / Document Controller on a fixed-term contract at our Central London office (The Old Bailey).

You will manage project documents, ensure accurate records, secure storage, and provide timely access for the project team, working with Design Managers, consultants and supply chain partners across the full lifecycle. This maternity cover is 12 months with potential to convert to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Document Control role within the construction sector.
• Experience with Viewpoint for Projects (4Projects) and Procore is mandatory.
• Experience with a Common Data Environment (CDE/EDMS) and MIDP/TIDP awareness.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and ability to liaise with external partners.
• Experience with tier 1 or 2 head contractors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes for allocated projects.
• Track and monitor document status, providing updates and reports on progress.
• Ensure compliance with ISO19650 standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with external partners for document exchange and timelines.
• Facilitate information sharing across the project team.
• Regularly audit document control processes for efficiency.
