Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant/Document Controller to join our team, delivering robust information management and CDE expertise on major projects worldwide.

The role focuses on leading document control, ISO 19650 compliance, metadata configuration, and stakeholder engagement while applying BIM concepts and Power BI reporting to improve project outcomes. You will train users, manage security, and ensure environment integrity across programmes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Document Controller with BIM/Information Management.
• Experience with CDE and ISO 19650 standards.
• Power BI experience for data extraction and reporting.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to discovery sessions and implement metadata fields.
• Create user accounts and manage security groups.
• Define CDE requirements and naming conventions.
• Monitor document workflows and QA processes.
• Provide regular progress reports and ad-hoc requests.
• Act as main contact for CDE system queries.
