Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant/Document Controller to lead information management and CDE implementations on global projects. The role focuses on discovery, configuration, governance and stakeholder liaison to ensure compliant document control across assets and programmes.

The successful candidate will guide teams, maintain metadata standards, and drive quality assurance, training and reporting across complex environments, with a strong emphasis on ISO 19650 principles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Document Controller or equivalent in large projects.
• Experience with CDE implementation and information standards.
• Understanding BIM in Information Management and Document Control.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CDE discovery and implement metadata, permissions, folders and workflows.
• Manage user accounts and security groups.
• Develop and support project information standards and naming conventions.
• Configure and maintain CDE to support evolving teams and ways of working.
• Monitor document workflow compliance and report blockers.
