Overview

We are currently working with a top-tier, Legal 500 ranked firm in Reading that is looking for a Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Dispute Resolution law professional to join an expanding and supportive team.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the team on complex legal disputes.
  • Manage and handle your own cases from start to finish.
  • Deal with a wide range of legal issues, such as construction problems, business contract disputes, professional negligence, fraud, insolvency, intellectual property, and international cases.
  • Work with clients from different industries, including cars, finance, leisure, fishing, transport, and consumer goods.
  • Give clear, practical legal advice that fits each client's needs.
  • Be a helpful and flexible team member, ready to take on interesting and varied work.
