Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards – EMEA/APAC to lead strategy, governance, design, and execution of compensation and benefits across the region. The role partners with HRBP, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and regional HR teams to deliver market-competitive, compliant Total Rewards programs aligned to enterprise strategy.

The successful candidate will balance local market practices with global standards, drive enterprise consistency, and improve employee and manager experience

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience in a large global organization.
• Experience leading compensation and benefits across multiple countries in EM EA/APAC.
• Proven ability translating global strategies into regional execution.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional Total Rewards strategies across EMEA/APAC that align with business goals.
• Lead design, governance, and implementation of base pay, incentives, and benefits programs regionally.
• Drive regional execution and operational excellence of Total Rewards processes and governance.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, governance, and compliance including pay transparency requirements.
• Collaborate with global CoEs and HR/BP partners to balance consistency with local needs and market practices.
