Job summary
Rehlko is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits and reward initiatives across EMEA, APAC and India. The role reports to Global Total Rewards leadership and partners closely with HR, Finance and Legal to ensure competitive, compliant programs across a 4,000-employee global workforce.

Qualifications
- Experts in designing and delivering regional Total Rewards programs across multiple regions.
- Ability to lead compensation cycles including salary reviews and merit processes.
- Experience benchmarking and job evaluations for external competitiveness and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies across Europe, Asia and beyond.
- Partner with HR and leaders to advise on compensation, benefits and rewards.
- Lead annual compensation cycles including salary reviews, incentives and merit processes.
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations for competitiveness and equity.
- Oversee regional benefits programmes including health, retirement and wellbeing.
