CSL is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards - EMEA, to lead benefits and wellbeing programmes across the region from its hybrid model. The role sits 3 days on site in Maidenhead and requires translating global reward strategies into local regional solutions while ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, economics or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related rewards discipline within a multinational organisation.
• Experience managing benefits programmes across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams; coaching and building capability regionally.
• Broad knowledge of Total Rewards practices including benefits, wellbeing, compensation, governance, and benchmarking.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor to HRBPs, People & Culture leaders, and stakeholders on Total Rewards matters across EMEA.
• Governance, management, and enhancement of regional benefits programmes (health, retirement, risk, wellbeing, leave) with regulatory alignment.
• Translate global reward strategies into regional solutions addressing local requirements.
• Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers for quality service and cost-effective management.
• Lead annual renewals, vendor reviews, and programme evaluations with opportunities for innovation and consolidation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small regional Total Rewards team and foster operational excellence.
