Litera in London, Raleigh, or New Jersey is seeking a Senior Director, Professional Services to lead the solutions engineering team and translate technology into measurable outcomes for global law firms and legal departments.

You will set strategic direction, ensure scalable, technically sound client solutions, and drive high client satisfaction through consultative delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and KPI-driven leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or similar leadership role.
