Job summary

Sage is seeking a Director of Pricing Strategy and Monetization to shape pricing models, packaging, and monetization across the business. You will partner with Product, Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Revenue Operations to drive growth with data-driven recommendations and executive-level business cases.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading pricing strategy, monetization, or revenue-management in technology/SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of software business models and recurring revenue.
• Proven ability to design and implement pricing structures that drive growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities; translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience developing executive-level business cases and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies aligned with Sage's growth objectives.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to assess opportunities and investments.
• Lead analytics and AI-enabled initiatives to improve pricing effectiveness and insights.
• Define metrics and monitor impact of pricing initiatives across the business.
• Foster leadership and enablement of pricing best practices across Sage.
