This role requires a commercially minded marketer with strong analytics who will own acquisition channels, manage budgets, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and drive ROAS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing, ideally in ecommerce/retail.
• Strong experience across PPC/SEO/Paid Social/Display/Affiliate.
• Proven budget management and agency partnerships.
• Good knowledge of Google Ads, GA4 and GTM.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, traffic growth and online revenue.
• Manage and optimise Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Drive organic growth through SEO with external partners.
• Oversee Paid Social, Display and retargeting to ensure campaign performance.
• Manage affiliate marketing and partnerships.
