United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own deployment architecture for a modern Kubernetes platform and on-premise estate. You will drive CI/CD, guardrails, and migration strategies, enabling safe and fast production delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, autonomy, and collaboration with engineering teams to modernise workloads and improve platform stability. Strong Ansible, Docker, and GitOps experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a people-first culture.
• Extensive experience with Ansible: roles, inventories, vault, idempotency.
• Production experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Solid networking fundamentals.
• Scripting ability in Bash and Python.
• Experience with GitOps tooling: ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager).
• Ability to plan pragmatically within constraints and drive iterative delivery.
• Methodical and security-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment guardrails.
• Shape and roll out Kubernetes platform and migrations.
• Maintain deployment runbooks and self-service docs for engineers.
