Job summary

NiCE is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to join a cross-functional engineering team. The role blends operations reliability with software delivery automation, designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and IaC frameworks to enable rapid, high-quality software delivery.

You will monitor health, troubleshoot incidents, and manage production and non-production environments while collaborating across engineering, platform, and operations teams to raise the bar on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in application/production support, cloud operations, and/or DevOps in high-availability SLA environments.
• Experience on a software engineering or platform team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, quality deployments.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Operate release pipelines, build tools, artifact repos, and source control.
• Coordinate builds/releases with engineering, QA, product and stakeholders.
• Prototype new technologies to improve DevOps processes and efficiency.
• Maintain DevOps systems in production and non-production environments.
